Hilary Pingle is a born and bred Southern California girl. Although, if you hear a hint of an accent, it’s completely inauthentic, and a mimic of her lovely mother who hails from the Midwest. Both of her parents are in the medical field; her mother, a nurse and her father, a paramedic and Fire Captain. She has an older brother who is extremely talented in the arts, but currently has chosen to work with cars.

As a child, her love of putting on family skits transformed into making movies with friends, performing in school plays and local theatre, and eventually graduating from CSU Fullerton with a BFA in Theatre. Shortly after graduation, she moved to “The Valley” to pursue her acting career. It took three years of taking headshots, acting classes, improv classes, networking with casting directors, self-submitting, auditions, student films, independent films, blind mailings, agent mailings, getting an agent, dropping an agent, re-meeting casting directors, sending postcards, taking more classes, serving tables AND giving up on acting before she booked her first real job.

She also loves dogs, making crafts, baking, anything green and singing very loudly in her car.
