Becca Leigh Gellman comes to us from the wonderful city of Austin, TX, where she was raised a Longhorn. This caused some emotional turmoil when she went to school at USC and started rooting on the Trojans. But don’t call her a traitor, because she’ll always be a Texan at heart.
Becca graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from USC, with a double major in Theatre and Spanish, making her parents quite proud. She began taking workshops at Act Now while at USC, and she hasn’t been able to stay away since!
Through networking at Act Now, Becca has had amazing audition opportunities that she never would have had otherwise. She landed a recurring role on ABC Family’s “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” which she owes directly to the 3-week workshop she did with Peter Pappas (thanks, Peter!).
Becca loves seeing her wonderful, talented actors get work! She also loves Dr. Pepper, cake, strawberries, and country music.
